アレルギー
一年中、花粉・埃・ダニ・猫などに悩まされています。春は特に辛く、
果物（りんご・桃・さくらんぼ）や豆乳にも反応します。抗ヒスタミン薬と解熱・鎮痛薬が欠かせません。マスク生活が意外にも効果的で、今では外出時に必須です。
その他
牛乳は好きですが、温めないと消化が難しいです。
運動不足で腰を痛めることが増え、EMS・ウォーキング・ストレッチを取り入れています。
インドア派ですが、ガーデニングや外でのバーベキューが好きです。
折り紙・ブロック・プラモデルなどの工作も楽しんでいます。
